The Biosecurity portion of our Workshop will focus on the hypothetical scenario of a QFF discovery in Mt Wellington.
MPI will take us through the impact on national fresh fruit and vegetable movement. They will provide valuable insight, strategic and practical advice on steps to take if such a situation should arise, enabling members to develop contingency plans.
A Food Safety & Traceability update will be provided, including our Strawberry Traceability Pilot. We will also report on the Yersinia Review.
Our legal expert from Simpson Grierson will bring us up-to-date with the latest in Food Law.
