Our colleagues at the New Zealand Food Safety Science & Research Centre (NZFSSRC) have shared their Literature Review on Foodborne Transmission of COVID-19 for the food industry. This report provides excellent information for United Fresh members and the fresh fruit and vegetable value-chain.
The report covers best practice regarding reducing the likelihood that food products or packaging are vectors for COVID-19 and the measures food handlers can take to mitigate risk.
