United Fresh Members’ Meeting 2023

The start of the Members' Meeting saw our speakers give updates on the projects that United Fresh are working on for members and the industry.

Our retail representative Brigit Corson, Foodstuffs North Island and Glenn Bewley, Woolworths New Zealand provided insights into the retail trends for fresh fruit and vegetables.

Senior Scientist and 5+ A Day Trust Trustee, Carolyn Lister brought us the latest science behind 5+ A Day and a deep dive looking at the authenticity of claims.

The United Fresh Technical Advisory Group presented our Sustainability Guidelines for the fresh produce industry, the release of our first Fresh Facts and the upcoming Food Safety Risk Framework for our industry.
